1. export your upload materials
First, export a file from your favorite CAD program to send us. We prefer the following file formats: .3ds, .obj, .fbx, .dwg, .dxf and .xml. .skp (sketchup project file) is also allowed.
Put your file, as well as any textures (.jpg, .tga etc) into a .zip or .rar file and include a text file that states your email address, the desired level of detail (see below for more information) and any other information you would like to include.
2. Decide level of detail
We offer three levels of detail and pricing. For example projects, please visit the gallery.
Basic: We deliver the model exactly as you sent it, including textures you sent. Recommended for quick internal walkthroughs.
Detailed: We deliver the model, fix imperfections, add detail (for example furnishings or trees) on request, add advanced materials (metallic,reflective glass, normal maps). Recommended for 
work-in-progress client presentations
Photorealistic: We render out the entire build and place the rendered objects in our world. This gives the quality of an artist impression, yet is still interactive. Recommended for highly convincing and polished presentations.

For highly sensitive materials, we suggest you use your own webserver with a password protection. Send us a download link via email.
